What is SCRIP?

SCRIP is a Gift Certificate Program where you purchase negotiable gift certificates that are used just like cash. The Gift Certificates are issued by the retailers to Vineyard Academy at a reduced rate of the face value. This rate varies from a 1% reduction up to 20%. The savings are then passed on to the school operating fund.

Who earns the profit?

With purchase Vineyard and the families profit:

- 80% of the profit goes to Vineyard for operating expenses.

- 20% of the profit goes towards the expenses of running the SCRIP program.

What can I buy with SCRIP?

Many items including your weekly groceries, hotel and airline tickets, movie tickets, gas, clothing, breakfast, lunch or dinner, plus many others from many different stores.

Who can participate?

Anyone and everyone, from you and your family to your friends and co-workers.
