A completed application form with an application fee of $50.00. A release of Records Form signed by a parent, must be included. |

| Parent Interview: |
A parent interview with an Administrator is required for all applicants. |
| |
| Testing: |
Entrance testing is required at every grade level. |
| |
| Site Visit: |
To schedule your child's site visit during school hours, please call the Administration office at 269-629-7253. Applicants who are unable to visit while school is in session should contact the office to make arrangements for a student interview. |

| Transcripts: |
Preschool-Kindergarten: No Transcript is required. |

Grades 1-8: A transcript which includes offical grades is required from the applicant's present school. Teacher recommendations are also accepted at this time. |

| Acceptance: |
When all the requirements have been met a letter is sent to the applicant's parents acknowleging enrollment. |
