In the Youth Development Program, you will engage in a series of courses and activities across three main pillars: Personal Development, Skills Development, and Community Service. This includes workshops on career guidance, developing a positive self-image, public speaking, online courses on computer basics and foundational Christian teachings, as well as participating in community service projects. The program is designed to equip you with moral guidance and practical skills necessary for successful career development.

The Career Development Program is tailored for students who have completed their matric and focuses on deeper personal and professional growth. This program reinforces the foundation laid in the Youth Development Program by advancing skill sets in digital literacy, professional communication, and financial independence. Additionally, it introduces more specialized job skills like entrepreneurship, digital creativity, and website development. Priority admission is given to graduates from the Youth Development Program.

By completing our programs, you gain access to top-quality training, personal tutoring, and opportunities to meet and learn from successful role models in various fields. Participants also receive guidance on accessing further education and are eligible for bursaries to attend our Career Development Program. Graduates are well-prepared to pursue fulfilling careers and contribute positively to society.

Our community service component involves engaging in meaningful projects that benefit the local community. This includes activities such as park cleanups, participating in soup kitchens, and other volunteer opportunities that foster a sense of social responsibility and community engagement.

The curriculum is spread over two semesters each year, with each semester encompassing a mix of personal development sessions, skills training, and community and social well-being sessions. The program includes an introductory week, followed by structured weeks focusing on different core pillars. Each semester culminates in a review and feedback session to assess progress and integrate learning.

Yes, at the end of each academic cycle, we host a graduation ceremony to celebrate the achievements of our students. This event includes a formal dinner and celebration, often held at notable venues like the Franschhoek Cinema. It's a chance for students, faculty, and families to commemorate the hard work and success of our graduates.
